Terms of Service
Welcome to UrbanLux Home. By accessing our website, inquiring about our services, or commissioning a custom build, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Custom Commissions, Design, & Estimating

Quotes & Estimates: All project quotes provided during our Design & Quoting phase are valid for 30 days from the date issued, after which material costs and availability are subject to change.

Variations in Natural Materials: We pride ourselves on using high-end, solid materials. Because wood, plaster, and natural finishes possess inherent unique characteristics, variations in grain, color, knots, texture, and natural movement are expected and celebrated as part of a one-of-a-kind, handmade build.
2. Payments & Order Policy

Deposits: Because our work involves custom engineering and dedicated material procurement, full payment is required to secure your place on our build schedule and begin production.
3. Modifications & Cancellations
Once engineering and construction have begun, changes to dimensions, materials, or design profiles may result in additional material and labor fees and could extend the estimated delivery timeline. Cancellations made after production has commenced will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and any material fees incurred.
4. Delivery & Installation

Timeline Estimates: Lead times provided during the ordering phase are carefully estimated but may shift due to material sourcing delays or the detailed nature of custom craftsmanship. We will communicate timeline adjustments transparently.

Site Readiness: For built-ins, cabinetry, and architectural range hoods, the client is responsible for ensuring the space is cleared, accessible, and ready for installation on the scheduled date.
5. Limitation of Liability
UrbanLux Home stands by the structural clarity and craftsmanship of our work. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from improper care, environmental conditions (such as extreme humidity or temperature changes causing wood movement), normal wear and tear, or modifications made to the pieces after delivery.
